Our opinion issued March 20, 1996, is withdrawn and this opinion is issued in its stead. This is an accelerated appeal of an order denying a reduction in bail. The appellant was indicted on fifteen counts of sexual assault, indecency with a child, and prohibited sexual conduct. His pre-trial bond was set at $150,000 by the grand jury.
