This is an appeal from a judgment in a personal injury case.

This case began when appellants sued appellees for the negligence of appellee, Sharon Mulligan, arising from her operation of a vehicle owned by appellee, John Mulligan, resulting in a head-on collision in which appellant, Valerie Hammond, sustained injuries.
