EDELMAN, Justice.

Thomas Felix Soderman, appearing pro se, appeals his conviction for unlawful carrying of a weapon on the grounds that (1) the prosecution should have been dismissed with prejudice because the information was filed too late, (2) the trial judge should have recused himself, (3) an instruction on the defense of traveling should have been submitted to the jury, (4) the weapons statute is void for vagueness, and (5) he did not effectively...
