Appellant James Tillema was arrested for a burglary of a vehicle on May 29, 1993, and was arrested again for another burglary of a vehicle and for a burglary of a store on June 16, 1993. As a result, he was charged with a total of three counts of burglary pursuant to NRS 205.060 as well as two counts of possession of burglary tools pursuant to NRS 205.080.
