Thomas Friesel was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life in prison. He appeals on two points of error: (1) the trial court erred in altering the indictment on the day of trial; and (2) the trial court erred in its handling of a jury verdict that found Friesel guilty of capital murder and all charged lesser-included offenses.
