OPINION

STARR, Justice.

This a personal injury negligence case tried to a jury. Appellants, plaintiffs below, sued a truck driver, James Griffin, and his employer, Trio Transportation, Inc., for injuries to Johnny Hartman which occurred when the driver pulled away from the loading dock at Cooper Tire and Rubber Plant. The jury found the truck driver, Griffin, to have ninety percent responsibility for the harm. Hartman was found to have ten percent responsibility...
