Wong (Plaintiff) appealed from an order which was not final or appealable, and (2) disagree with Plaintiff that pursuant to Hawai`i Rules of Appellate Procedure (HRAP) Rule 4(a), his notice of appeal from the nonfinal and nonappealable order was effectively filed upon the circuit court's entry of the final judgment in this case, we dismiss Plaintiff...
