ARMSTRONG, Judge.

A jury convicted Earl Dolen of one count of child rape and one count of child molestation based upon evidence of six separate incidents of child abuse. Under the evidence, Dolen could have committed both crimes in a single incident or in separate incidents. But the verdict did not specify which incident formed the basis of each conviction. The sentencing statute requires that current crimes be treated as prior convictions in calculating the offender...
