DUNCAN, Justice.

Robert Draheim pleaded guilty to a jury and was convicted of aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child. For the offense of aggravated sexual assault, the jury assessed ninety-nine years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
