On June 17, 1993, Brenda Murrell Wright ("Wright"), individually, and as parent and next friend of Meosha Wright and Cleosha Wright, minors, filed a complaint against Dayartra C. Ethridge ("Ethridge"), Veronica L. Jackson ("Jackson"), and Brendalyn Bradford ("Bradford").
