Appellants challenge a non-final order in an action under the Insurers Rehabilitation and Liquidation Act, chapter 631, Florida Statutes (1991), in which the receivership court denied appellants' motion to vacate or modify its prior injunctive order. The prior order had partially lifted the automatic stay in the receivership action to the extent of allowing the Receiver to be named as a nominal defendant in a suit for damages against appellants...
