Randy Carter (movant) appeals a denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. He pled guilty to three counts of sale of a controlled substance. On the same day he offered Alford pleas on three counts of stealing a firearm, and one count of burglary second degree.
