Randolph K. Reeves was convicted of two counts of felony murder and sentenced to death by the State of Nebraska. His convictions and sentences were affirmed by the Nebraska Supreme Court both on appeal and in postconviction actions. The United States Supreme Court vacated the state supreme court's postconviction decision and remanded for reconsideration in light of intervening Supreme Court decisions...
