Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, intervenor herein, appeals from a judgment of the trial court granting plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment and exception of prescription filed in response to Mutual of Omaha's petition for intervention. For the reasons stated herein, we reverse the judgment of the trial court.
