United States Fire Insurance Company (U.S. Fire) appeals from a judgment denying reimbursement of workers' compensation benefits that it paid to the plaintiffs1 out of interpleaded funds deposited by the defendant, Richard Aguinaga, in connection with the underlying personal injury lawsuit. We reverse and render in part, and affirm in part.
