Pending are Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, Plaintiffs Voluntary Motion for Partial Dismissal, Plaintiff's Motion to Remand, and Plaintiff's Motion to Stay Discovery. The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Dismissal and GRANTS her Motion to Remand. The Court DENIES Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and Plaintiff's Motion to Stay Discovery as moot.
