Before the Court is Defendant's second motion to dismiss on the grounds of forum non conveniens and Plaintiff's opposition thereto. (Dkt. Nos. 48, 53, 57). The Court denied the first motion to dismiss on these grounds because Defendant did not present any evidence that the Dominican Republic was an adequate alternative forum and sufficiently more convenient than the Puerto Rico forum.
