HEDGES, Justice.

After the trial court denied his special plea in bar, appellant, William V. Gongora, pled guilty to the offense of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. The trial court assessed punishment at 45-years confinement and a fine of $1,000. In 31 points of error, appellant asserts that the trial court erred in denying his special plea in bar and that the double jeopardy clauses of the federal and state constitutions...
