Ronald D. Dole brought state law claims of deceit against various defendants. The district court1 granted summary judgment for defendants USA Waste Services, Inc. ("USA Waste") and Donald Moorhead. A jury returned a verdict for the remaining defendants. Dole appeals both the grant of summary judgment and the verdict. We affirm.
