Appellant, Lucio De Los Santos, appeals from a conviction of murder. The jury sentenced appellant to life imprisonment and imposed a $10,000 fine. On appeal appellant alleges reversible error caused by: improper jury argument by the prosecutor during both the guilt/innocence and punishment phases of trial; ineffective assistance of trial counsel; and factual insufficiency of the evidence.
