The City of Waterville appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) in favor of Henry D. Burrage, Thomas G. Burrage, Frederick R. Burrage, and Ann M. Laughlin (collectively the Burrage Family) in an action by successor trustee Fleet Bank of Maine to interpret a will and distribute trust property.
