Security Bank, N.A., appeals the denial of its motion to set aside a final judgment. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corporation obtained a judgment against Garfield & Associates, P.A., for $36,576. Garfield was a customer of Security Bank.
