Before this court are two consolidated appeals and a cross-appeal. Anne Stover and Rita Chandi (together defendants) appeal from separate and final judgments entered in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota after each pled guilty to one count of mail fraud, in violation 18 U.S.C. § 1341. Stover was sentenced to twenty-four months imprisonment, three years supervised release, a special assessment of fifty dollars...
