The appellant, Timothy Wayne Johnson, was convicted of aggravated rape by a Coffee County jury. The jury affixed a fine of fifty thousand dollars and the court imposed a sentence of twenty years incarceration in the Department of Correction. The court also ordered that the appellant serve the entire sentence, undiminished by any sentence reduction...
