This is an action to recover against two attorneys, and one attorney's professional corporation, on theories of fraud, abuse of process, conspiracy, and negligent misrepresentation for allegedly-collusive conduct that enabled the plaintiffs in a state-court wrongful death suit to maintain venue in a favorable forum.
