In this "failure to warn" products liability action, the plaintiffs sued appellant, Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation (OCF), and a number of other manufacturers of asbestos-containing products.1 Ray Malone, Thomas Gillespie, and Nick Garefalos each alleged that he had an asbestos-related disease as a result of exposure to defendants' products; Mary Malone and Patricia Garefalos claimed loss of consortium...
