Steven Roy Howell was charged with third-degree sexual abuse for allegedly sexually assaulting Michelle Ann Dickson in a secluded park after meeting her at a bar in Ankeny, Iowa. Howell filed a motion in limine requesting the exclusion of the testimony of Jamie Keifer, a victim of a prior sexual assault by Howell.
