In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed, and the judgment of the Wayne Circuit Court is reinstated. MCR 7.302(F)(1). The trial court correctly concluded that the facts do not involve a trespass-nuisance as described in Hadfield v. Oakland Co. Drain Comm'rs, 430 Mich. 139, 422 N.W.2d 205 (1988).
