HABHAB, Judge.
At issue in this appeal is whether appellant carried its burden to prove the existence of a fraudulent conveyance. The district court held it did not and we affirm.
Larry Shivers had obtained two loans from plaintiff-appellant Hartford-Carlisle Savings Bank to enable him to finance a fifty-fifty crop share farm operation with his cousin defendant-appellee Ron Shivers.
