STOVER, Justice.

Appellant George Rice Farish appeals from an order denying his motion to modify child support.

George Farish ("Farish") and Dorothy Farish were divorced on November 9, 1987. The divorce decree contained a provision whereby Farish contractually waived his right to seek a decrease in child support for a period of five (5) years until November 15, 1992; Dorothy Farish likewise waived her right to seek an increase in child support...
