EDMONDS, Judge.

Employer1 seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board holding that claimant's claim is compensable. We review the Board's findings for substantial evidence and its legal conclusions for errors of law, ORS 183.482(8)(a), (c), and affirm.
