GIBSON, Justice.

The Town of Shelburne brought this action to quiet title to a parcel of land donated to the Town in 1807 subject to the condition that the Town build a meeting house on the property and continue to use the parcel for that purpose. The heirs of the donor appeal the superior court's summary judgment ruling that the Town had acquired the property by adverse possession. We affirm.
