Appellant-defendant Clair Blatchford requests this court to reconsider our previous opinion in Davis v. State, 481 N.E.2d 434 (Ind.Ct.App.1985), trans. denied, in which we held that the defendant had the burden of proving his inability to pay child support instead of the State.
