Defendant, John Patrick Murphy, was charged with terroristic threats, conspiracy to commit terroristic threats, criminal damage to property, and burglary. Before trial, Murphy pleaded guilty to ten counts of terroristic threats and one count of conspiracy to commit terroristic threats.
