CLIFFORD, Justice.

Daniel J. Rameau appeals from the order entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Crowley, J.) revoking Rameau's probation. The court held the hearing on the revocation of Rameau's probation following a criminal trial at which he was acquitted of the same conduct that formed the basis of his revocation proceeding. Rameau contends that the Judge who entered the revocation order should have recused himself from the revocation proceedings...
