JONES, Judge.

Appellant, Richard Lavigne, was charged by bill of information with possession of cocaine. His pre-trial motion to suppress evidence was denied by the trial court. After a jury trial he was found guilty of attempted possession of cocaine. Appellant pled guilty to a multiple bill and was sentenced to serve two years at hard labor, to run concurrently with any other sentence he may be serving. He appeals.
