Relator incurred a traumatic brain injury in 1990 while working as a special education teacher for respondent school district. Relator returned to work part time and eventually was paid full time during the 1994-95 school year for a schedule containing reduced classroom hours to accommodate her medical needs. Relator now brings this certiorari appeal to challenge the school district's decision...
