MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT

Petitioner, Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA), appeals to this Court for relief under CR 65.09. Specifically, petitioner requests this Court to vacate a temporary injunction issued by the Johnson Circuit Court. Petitioner's motion for relief to the Court of Appeals pursuant to CR 65.07 was denied. KHSAA then filed a CR 76.33 action and a CR 65.09 appeal to this Court. The CR 76.33 motion was denied on May 26, 1995...
