On appeal she contends that the trial court erred in (1) refusing to admit into evidence the prior recorded testimony of her co-defendant, who had previously pleaded guilty; (2) refusing to admit this same testimony under the hearsay exception for declarations against penal interest; (3) denying two defense requests...
