This Opinion addresses two pending motions. The Court has reviewed the submissions of the parties and the relevant law, and, for the reasons set forth below, finds that (1) Defendants' July 18, 1995 motion to dismiss Plaintiff's claims under Title VII against Defendants Montano, Madrid, Garcia, Tapia, and Martinez in their individual capacities (Doc. 8) should be GRANTED, and (2) Defendants' November 6, 1995...
