PER CURIAM.

This matter came before the Supreme Court pursuant to an order directing both parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised by this appeal should not be summarily decided. The defendant, Mark Smith, appeals from a Superior Court order denying his motion to reduce his sentence pursuant to Rule 35 of the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure. The defendant pled guilty to the delivery of a controlled substance
