Plaintiff Burton Michael Rabinowitz has sued his employer, Digital Equipment Corporation ("Digital"), for defamation, and two of his supervisors, Michael Cates and Anthony Morris, for defamation and conspiracy. Plaintiff Barbara Rabinowitz has sued defendants for loss of consortium as a result of the defamation of her husband, Mr. Rabinowitz.
