PaineWebber Group, Inc., PaineWebber Incorporated (collectively "PaineWebber") and the plaintiff class move to dismiss Robert and Vera Jacobson's appeal from Judge Stein's denial of their motion to intervene as named plaintiffs. The Jacobsons, members of a certified class, seek to intervene as named plaintiffs claiming that certain members of the class are inadequately represented. As class members, however, the Jacobsons can protect their rights...
