This Memorandum Opinion addresses Defendant's motion to dismiss (Doc. 2). The Court has reviewed the submissions of the parties and the relevant law, and, for the reasons stated below, finds that Defendant's motion should be GRANTED, and Plaintiff's complaint should be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
