This petition for a writ of prohibition or mandamus challenges an order of the district court denying a motion to dismiss. In its motion, brought in a special appearance in the district court, petitioner Indiana Insurance Company sought dismissal based on lack of personal jurisdiction of an action brought against it by the real parties in interest for payment of medical bills allegedly due under an insurance policy.
