LANDAU, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals a summary judgment entered in favor of defendants1 in this personal injury action arising out of a diving accident that occurred on defendants' premises. We affirm.

Summary judgment is appropriate when there is no genuine dispute as to any material fact and the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Jones v. General Motors Corp., 139 Or.App. 244
