This cases arises out of an automobile accident. It involves a dispute over whether and to what extent an auto liability insurance policy included uninsured motorist coverage. The district court found the policy included uninsured motorist coverage by operation of Oklahoma law and set the limits of coverage at the statutory minimum of $10,000 per person and $20,000 per occurrence.
