WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Following his conviction in Missouri state court for felony murder, stealing without consent, armed criminal action, and second degree burglary, James Edward Bowman was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences, plus seven years. After exhausting his state court remedies, he brought this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Following the district court's1 denial of his petition, we remanded for further proceedings...
