OPINION
PER CURIAM.
Charles Tate pleaded guilty to possession of less than a gram of methamphetamine, a state jail felony, and the court assessed the agreed punishment of twenty-five years incarceration under the habitual offender provisions of the Penal Code. TEX. HEALTH & Safety CODE ANN. §§ 481.102(6), 481.115(a), (b) (Vernon 1992 & Supp.1996); TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 12.42(d) (Vernon 1994).
