This appeal is from a modification proceeding in a worker's compensation case. The claimants are Bonded Freight, Inc., the employer, and the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association. We will refer to the claimants collectively as LIGA. The defendant is the employee, Clyde A. Bowens. LIGA filed a claim for modification of an award of benefits for temporary total disability (TTD).
